The Denver County Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) helps families who qualify pay for child care for infants to children age 13 and special needs youth up to age 18. Parents must meet eligibility requirements to qualify. There is currently a waitlist for Denver County CCAP.
To qualify for assistance, parents must live in Denver, meet the Denver County CCAP income limits, be employed (self-employed is acceptable), in school, or searching for a job, and be able to prove lawful presence in the U.S.
Parents must be able to provide:
- Address verification
- Photo ID
- Certified copy of child’s birth certificate or other document(s) proving lawful presence in the U.S.
- Proof of Household Income (including, but not limited to, pay stubs, child support, and unemployment documentation)
