SPECIAL EVENT PARKING VIOLATIONS
Vehicles initially impounded for special event parking violations at or near the Sports Authority Stadium (formally known as Invesco Field), will be towed to Waste Water Management located at 2000 West 3rd Avenue. To recover your vehicle here, you will need your driver license and proof of ownership to the vehicle. The tow fee is $120.00. Should you not recover your vehicle by two (2) hours past the end of the game or event, your vehicle will be towed a second time, this time to the main impound lot at 5160 York Street. Vehicles impounded from the Waste Water Satellite (Bronco Game / Special Event Tows) are charged $240.00 for towing fees (plus storage).
INITIATIVE 100
Initiative 100, the No Valid Operator License initiative, passed by Denver voters in August of 2008 was removed by City Council on July 11, 2011 and the repeal became effective August 1, 2011. All bonds issued prior to this date remain active and any violation of the issued bond may subject the bond holder to the stated penalties in the bond. As bonds become mature and no bond violations have occurred the money will be refunded to the bond holder. If it was a professional bond, no action needs to be taken as the bond expires on its maturity date.
