Please enter search criteria and press the search button.
Partial entries in text fields are allowed (no wildcards needed).
City and Zip Code
searches must be done in conjunction with either an Auction Results Date or an Election
& Demand Date range.
Date range searches
will return information for the requested range. Filling in only the "From" field
will return the information after that date. Filling in only the "To" field will
return the information before that date.
Only items satisfying
all search criteria will be listed.
e-Foreclosure Property Search Help
The e-Foreclosure Property Search provides two search options:
1) Search for a specific foreclosure when the Foreclosure Number is known; or
2) Search for one or more foreclosures using advanced search criteria.
Search Option 1
Enter the Foreclosure Number as YYYY-XXXX , e.g., 2010-1234, and click the Search button.
The Foreclosure Number must be entered in this format or a match will not be found. Use
the Reset button to clear the Foreclosure Number and enter a different one.
Search Option 2
Enter at least one of the search criteria listed. The more criteria you use, the narrower
your search results will be. Only results that match all of the criteria entered will be
listed. Be careful to avoid setting criteria that will produce no results, such as setting
an auction date that is earlier than the Election / Demand (foreclosure filing) date.
Borrower's Last Name: This is the current borrower who is generally
the original borrower as well.
Auction Date: Enter a range of auction dates. If a date is entered in the
"From" field but not the "To" field, search results will include all auction dates on and
after the “From” date. If a date is entered in the "To" field but not the "From" field,
the search results will include all auction dates on and prior to the "To" date. Entering
a date in one of these fields and not the other could return an unexpectedly high number of
results.
Election / Demand Date: This is the foreclosure filing date. Enter a range
of dates on which the Notice of Election and Demand would have been filed. The same "From"
and "To" date considerations apply to these fields completions as were stated above for the
Auction Date.
Address: Enter the street name and/or number without the directionals
(East, South, etc.) or suffixes (Street, Way, etc.) For example, enter "1011" or "Fox" or
"1011 Fox" but not "N. Fox"). While there may be matches on an entry such as Fox Rd,
there may not be consistency in how suffixes are searched (Rd, Road, Rd.).
City: In most cases, you enter “Denver”. City searches must be performed in
conjunction with either an Auction Results date or an Election / Demand date.
Zip Code: Enter the 5-digit Zip Code. Zip Code searches must be performed in
conjunction with either Auction Results dates or Election / Demand dates
Subdivision: Select a subdivision from the dropdown list. Enter the first letter
of the subdivision to jump to that letter in the drop down list. (Note: A “subdivision” may not
be an entire neighborhood. To see which neighborhood a property is actually in, compare the map
reference on the property’s Basic Info tab with the
“Statistical Neighborhoods”
map on the Denver Maps website.)
Attorney: Select a law firm from the dropdown list. This is the law firm representing
the lender. Enter the first letter of the attorney or firm name to jump to that letter in the drop down list.
Foreclosure Status:
All Values: Foreclosures in any stage-pre-sale/post-sale or closed
Equal To or Not Equal To: Toggle to include or exclude:
Pre-Auction: Foreclosures that are open but have not gone to auction
yet.
Post-Sale: Foreclosures that are at auction or have sold and in the redemption
period.
Closed: Foreclosures filings that have been closed.
Click on the Search button for the Advanced Search Options to initiate the Search once you have entered
your criteria. Use the Reset button below the Advanced Search Options to clear the search criteria and
start a new search.
If you enter search criteria in the Advanced Search Options but use the Search button for the Basic Search
Option, you will not get the search results you expect. The system will search using only the criteria
associated with Search button you click.
