Community outreach efforts performed by the recruitment section occur throughout the year.  The outreach efforts serve as a critical component in educating and communicating with the public regarding career opportunities in public safety.  The outreach efforts include active participation at Denver Public Schools, colleges and universities, military transition centers, community based venues, cultural events, police academy gatherings, job fairs, work force centers and more.
